Three phases

Rough cleaning
An initial pass during construction, planned around the condition of the site and the remaining trades. We confirm which dust, debris and surfaces are included before work begins.
Final cleaning
Completed spaces prepared for walkthroughs and turnover: detailed cleaning of agreed surfaces, interior glass, fixtures and floors.
Touch-up cleaning
A final pass after remaining trade work or punch-list activity, typically two to three days before move-in. Each pass is priced and scheduled to the work required.

Cleared, credentialed and proven on federal projects.
Our project history includes six contracts at Beale Air Force Base, among them a 210,000-square-foot post-construction clean and 42 base homes. We completed full aircraft hangar cleans at Travis Air Force Base and, in 2025, at Ellsworth Air Force Base. We cleaned a 216,000-square-foot Army Corps of Engineers facility three separate times and have worked alongside the Walsh Group on large national projects.
