- How much does house cleaning cost?
- Light house cleaning starts at $150 per home and deep cleaning starts at $250. Final pricing depends on size, condition and the tasks you want included. We confirm the price before booking.
- Are the company and employees bonded?
- Yes. Shelton's Janitorial is licensed, bonded and insured up to $2 million. In addition to the company's bond, each employee carries their own individual bond and is background-checked.
- Do you bring cleaning supplies?
- Yes, we bring our own supplies and vacuums. If you prefer a particular product or your own vacuum, let us know so we can plan around it.
- Do you offer eco-friendly products?
- Yes. Biodegradable, plant-based and non-toxic products plus HEPA-filter vacuuming are available by request. Please arrange this before your first visit.
- Do you clean windows or shampoo carpets?
- Interior window cleaning and carpet shampooing are available as add-ons within a house-cleaning package. We do not offer them as standalone services. For carpet shampooing, tell us if the carpet is upstairs, since we cannot carry the shampooer up stairs.
- What cleaning services do you offer?
- Residential house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, Airbnb turnovers, commercial janitorial, bank and credit union cleaning, and post-construction cleanup.
- Which areas do you serve?
- Residential work focuses on Gridley, Biggs, Live Oak, Yuba City, Marysville, Plumas Lake, Olivehurst, Oroville and Chico. Commercial and construction work reaches from Sacramento to Redding and nationwide for government projects.
- How do I get an estimate?

- What if something is missed?
- Tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and make it right. Immediate resolution is part of our guarantee.
