I'm Sara Shelton — owner and the person you'll talk to when you call. Shelton's Janitorial isn't a franchise, and it's not a gig-economy app. It's a real cleaning company built by a real family, right here in Gridley, CA.
Since 2013, we've grown from local residential cleaning to managing commercial accounts, Airbnb turnovers, and large-scale projects. We've earned OSHA 30 certification and a BBB A+ rating — but what I'm most proud of is the trust our clients place in us.

I am a powerhouse businesswoman, a dedicated mother, and a survivor who refuses to back down. No matter how steep the climb, how hard the challenge, or what life throws my way — I keep moving forward, one relentless step at a time.
I built this business entirely on my own grit and determination. Where others see obstacles, I see a skillset to master. I've self-taught and applied every facet of running a successful enterprise — advanced business strategy, bookkeeping, HR, payroll, website design, and SEO. If it takes a skill to run a business, I have studied it, executed it, and refined it.
My greatest achievement, though, isn't a contract or a certification. It's the balance. I'm a proud mother who has successfully raised two generations of children — and is still happily raising my four-year-old — pouring the same fierce love and dedication into my home as I do into this company.
I've walked through hard times, overcome controlling and abusive relationships, and beat the odds more than once. Today I stand tall as a strong, skilled, and deeply passionate leader who loves what she does and never, ever gives up.
